DAY 1- Saturday - 29 November 2025 - Depart Washington
Depart on your Egypt Air flight from Washington, Dulles International Airport.
DAY 2 - Sunday – 30 November 2025 - Arrive Cairo / Luxor
On arrival in Cairo, you will be met and assisted onto your domestic flight to Luxor.
On arrival, you will be met and transferred to the 5-star Old Winter Palace Luxor. A former palace that served as the winter retreat for the Egyptian royal family. Set among tropical gardens and ancient temples, this historic hotel is situated on the banks of the Nile River and was built in 1886 by British explorers. Enjoy some local touring this afternoon.
Tonight, enjoy a welcome dinner at your hotel.

DAY 3 - Monday – 1 December 2025 - Nile Cruise
After breakfast at the hotel and check-out, transfer to the Sonesta St. George Nile Cruise. Board the 5-star floating Nile hotel for the next 4 nights. Enjoy nightly entertainment, a spa and wellness center, massage service (spa, wellness, and massage service costs to be settled directly on board), and a pool. Lavishly adorned with original artwork, marble floors and rich wood paneling, the Sonesta St. George sets a new standard of luxury on the Nile.
After lunch on board the Sonesta, you’ll visit the East Bank, including the Karnak & Luxor Temple, a complex of temples, obelisks, pylons, court colonnades, hall reliefs and sanctuaries. Return to the boat for afternoon tea, some time to relax, and then dinner followed by a Belly Dancing performance.

Day 4 - Tuesday – 2 December 2025 - Nile Cruise
After an early breakfast, your guide will take you to visit Luxor’s West Bank, also known by its Greek name, Thebes, which was the permanent residence of the Pharaohs. This is where you’ll find the Valley of the Kings & Queens, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the colossi of Memnon.
Please Note: Your ticket for the Valley of the Kings includes entrance to three tombs only. As not all tombs are open at the same time, the exact tombs you visit will be determined once you are in Luxor.
Return to the boat for lunch and sail to Esna. Afternoon tea will be served, followed a little later by the captain’s welcome cocktail, and then dinner.

DAY 5 - Wednesday – 3 December 2025 - Nile Cruise
Enjoy breakfast as the boat sails to Edfu. On arrival, visit the Horus Temple of Edfu and then sail to Kom Ombo. Lunch and afternoon tea on board the boat is followed by a visit to the temple at Kom Ombo which is shared by two gods - one side of the temple is dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek and the other side is dedicated to the falcon god Haroeris or Horus the Elder.
This evening, after dinner, there will be a Galabia party.

DAY 6 - Thursday – 4 December 2025 - Nile Cruise
Sail to Aswan, and after an early breakfast, visit Philae Temple and the High Dam.
Lunch on board the ship is followed by an afternoon visit to the botanical gardens. Back on board, afternoon tea and dinner are followed by a Nubian show with live music.

DAY 7 - Friday – 5 December 2025 - Aswan/Cairo
Disembark the boat after breakfast and transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairo.
On arrival you will be met and transferred to the Four Seasons Cairo at the First Residence Hotel.
This property is flanked by zoological gardens and the western bank of the Nile. Catch a glimpse of the river from your room as you head out to explore the ancient wonders. The hotel offers an unparalleled blend of luxury, comfort and breathtaking views along with world-class dining, an award-winning Spa, and elegantly designed rooms.
Lunch will be in Giza, and we will visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) this afternoon to view the Main Galleries, Grand Hall, Grand Staircase, and exterior gardens.

DAY 8 - Saturday – 6 December 2025 - Cairo
After breakfast at your hotel, meet with your guide for a full-day tour of Giza, the Pyramids, and the Sphinx.
Stop for lunch at a local restaurant.

DAY 9 - Sunday – 7 December 2025 - Cairo
After breakfast at your hotel, depart on a full day of touring with visits to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilizations, Khan el Khalil Bazaar & Coptic Cairo, including the Hanging Church & Ben Ezra Synagogue. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant.

DAY 10 - Monday – 8 December 2025 - Cairo/Depart
Enjoy a day at leisure with time to do some last-minute shopping or relax at the hotel. Please note: check-out time is 12 pm, the hotel will store your luggage and make their fitness facilities available to you to freshen up until your departure for the airport later this evening.
You will be transferred to the airport later in the evening to connect with your flight to Washington, Dulles.
DAY 11 - Tuesday – 9 December 2025 - Cairo/Depart
Depart on an early morning flight and arrive home with a lifetime of memories!
